Distributor, breaker plate

Hi everyone.
I have a question about my breaker plate assembly. It looks like I have a broken spring and a missing oil wick. See attached picture. Can someone confirm this, and if yes, how can I repair this, or where to buy a new breaker plate assembly. It’s a 305E engine.
