I'm new to the forum and I'm glad I found this forum. I'm working on getting my 65' on the road. I keep running into road blocks like this completely rusted out window frame that someone attempted to fix.
Any help on how I should repair would be greatly appreciated ![]() ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

We get these in the shop. Need to cut the rusted parts out of a donor cab or weld it up and grind it down. Donor would be best.

That looks like a: drill out spot/pinch welds, make patches and weld in deal. It could be a donor patch fix also. Depends on how much is rotted, how difficult the shapes, donor availability.......can't tell from pics which.
