Sorry buddy. We're not really a frankenstein forum. If you want to put a 305-478 V6 in we've got all you need.

Some people are like slinkys. Not worth much but funny as heck when pushed down stairs.

It is wired up the same way as the 235. The only different is the distributor, you didn't specified what you have. If the V8 distributor has points inside it then it is the same (no ballast resistor required). If it is a HEI, then replace the primary wire (from the firewall to the 235 coil +) with a regular wire that will go (from the firewall to the HEI +). This wire is the resistor that is require on a points system.

Any non-factory item(s) that you added (i.e. EFI) follow that installation instructions. If it a LS1 engine, you're on your own.

Also as FetchMeAPepsi had stated, this site support the GMC V6 engine. You should have went to a Chevy site for your answers, but I provided you with everything you needed to get the engine running.

Email me and I'll help you. Click on AZKen and choose profile. You will see my email address. We like anyone with a 6066GMC, you are new and need help, it's OK. You will learn about your truck here. It's not called a C10. That's for Chevys. You have an I1001 or I1002 probably. 1/2T long or short bed, wide side (Chevy fleetside) or fender side (Chevy stepside).

If you had bought one with a V8 conversion, we would help you. So no different here. You are not removing a V6. It already had a Chevy motor in it basically. Welcome to the site. I also private messaged you.
