Default 1966 Cab

Is a 1966 Chevy cab the same as as 66 GMC cab? My GMC cab has a lot of rust and my body guy said it would be cheaper to buy a donor cab, found a Chevy cab that the seller says is a C10, looks the same but I'm not sure, any help is appreciated!

The only place there might be a difference is in the dash panel. 60/61 were obviously different in the dash and would require drilling out the welds then swapping dashes. You should check that the GMC gauges fit the dash.

The dashes between the chevy and GMC and Completely different. Including the glove box doors.

The instrument housing in the Chevy is narrower than the GMC too.
