Cab mount question
As far as I know (Chevy) the C10 trucks used the "standard" compressed rubber style bodymounts for the cab, but the C20 3/4 ton trucks had a shear type rubber mount in the rear.
I was looking underneath my 1500 3/4 ton but noticed it has the C10 mounts around, no shear type C20 mounts. Great in my book as these are easily replaced with polyurethane bushings. Anyone has the same on their 1500? "C10" style cab mounts? Mine is a 1965 model. |

Re: Cab mount question
Maybe no one here Prowbar, but I found this link from the other forum discussing the same, so I guess it is not uncommon.
