Default 1960 gmc rear end type?

Anybody know what rear end this is? Gear ratio? Options?

Its a 10 bolt

Not sure, but if you get it cleaned up - you can paint it like this

Hi ZDADDY;

from what I have read, you have an Eaton HO32 differential that most commonly had the 3:90 ratio but also rarely came with 3:38's

Evidently the 2
Piece driveshaft on the truck had been modified, and the Eaton Ho32 rear end is suspect. Any suggestions on a rear end I can put in with little to no modification? Will just have to get a driveshaft built.
