Progress on the Moscow Mule
I've spent months cleaning, sandblasting, drilling, welding and grinding on the 65 chassis components and frame. I am replacing all the suspension with 1985 C-10 suspension . Replaced all brakes, bearings, and seals in rearend.Completely overhauled the front suspension with all new bushings, tie rods, ball joint, calipers and brakes.
Yesterday we got one step closer.A buddy and I laid down some primer and paint on frame and chassis components. I couldn't be happier to finally be assembly some clean parts. I think it looks pretty good for a couple amateurs in a thrown together paint booth in my shed. |

And I had a sense of accomplishment when I oiled the door latches last week.
Indeed it looks good! |
