HELP!! Tail light not working properly..
Well, sometimes ya just need to leave it alone if it's working... Changed the bulb in driver side tail light and was amazed at the difference in brightness, sooo expecting similar results went to change the other side out and the socket isn't in the best of shape, however, I am getting power to the socket bit the light is just barely on like you cab see 1 element trying to come on...cleaned it up and still the same results. Any suggestions? Going under the truck now to check for broken wires... Any help would be appreciated.

The socket is not grounded to the frame.

3 rules for doing troubleshooting electrical problems on an old truck:
1. Check your grounds. 2. Really check your grounds. 3. Check your grounds again. |
