Thank you guys! Follow up, my fuel-flow issue was 2 fold. 1) The “sock” in the fuel tank was dirty and partially crimped/folded over, impeding flow. 2) My fuel pump was only putting out approx 4psi, which obviously was inadequate. So…drain fuel tank, new sock, and new fuel pump has rectified my stalling problem. Thanks to all who diagnosed those exact issues in here and pointed me in the right direction.
