Well the 64 manual (X-6423) primarily references most of the A/C stuff back to the 62 manual (X-6223). It only had this little blurb (see thumbnail).


Now check out that monster compressor in the 62 manual.

Also check out GMCNUTs Uber RARE Highly Optioned Suburban with the factory AC. Mounted on the Driver side with photos of the Brackets.

I saw that one. His was a 401 with some special ear off the water pump or something. It looked good though.
