Never seen this before, wonder what the story is. All the Toroflows I have ever seen used the Bosch PSJ distributor type pump.

Yes it is! Must have been pulled out of a twin engine cruiser.

Nope, single engine steel hull boat, built in Erie pa. Was purchased from Barr marine around 1966 to replace a flathead Waukesha. Years ago, a guy on ebay out in California had a NOS left hand rotation camshaft still in the cardboard tube. There are a lot of left hand Only parts on this thing.

In line pump mystery may be solved. Possible very late 1974 'Turbium 7.8' Toroflows used the in-line pump.
