Default Truck U -features a '63 GMC with the V-6

season 15, Episode 14, "High School Truck". The show is making upgrades to the interior, carb and tank, etc. Keeping the V-6. You can probably find this Netflix or prime.

it sounds like it hasn't been off in quite a while. Try soaking it in a strong penetrating oil for a period of time, then using a strap-type oil filter wrench on the upper part of the housing to loosen the filter lid. hopefully, it will turn loose.

Oil filter wrench is a good idea, also put a little grease on the threads when you put it back on.

And Merry Christmas/Happy New Year to all of you.

Try a little heat with a propane torch then before cooling shoot around the base with and Penetration oil, do this each day for three days, letting it sit, on the forth day take a wrench to it.
