Question Clutch pedal stop

Hello,
I'm new to the forum and I need help. I just bought a 64 1500 and the guy that I bought it from had a "rigged" pedal stop to prevent the clutch pedal from coming all the way up. Was there an original piece that prevented this? The column does look like it's missing something. Thanks in advance for your help.
Jon

Some people are like slinkys. Not worth much but funny as heck when pushed down stairs.

Thanks guys, the one picture does show that there is a metal tab that prevents the pedal from coming all the way back. Unfortunately mine isn't there, but nothing that cant be fixed. I appreciate your help with this.
