Default Bolt pattern and lug nut size?

Does anyone know the front wheel bolt pattern and lug nut size (socket size) for a 1964-ish GMC 4000?

Hi,

I think this one is 5 lug up front, although I have no idea why they would be different...

What's the width of your truck measured at the outside of the tires?

Thanks,
Pat
