Default lug nuts

I have no idea why, but I noticed I could put a couple of turns on my lug nuts today. I also noted that my lug nut size (using old cross-type tire iron) were a little undersized. I also noted that the lug nuts didn't look like something made back in the day; and probably not in the USA.
Anyway, thought I would mention it in case others may find their L-nuts loosening. Seems the new after-market nuts may be a little softer and smaller.
