Default Front wheel bearings

I can't find where front wheel bearings have been discussed anywhere on this whole forum.
I thought the "Wheels, tires..." thread would have something, but can't find it.
I have finished rebuilding my front brake cylinders, one by cannibalizing a whole new one ($42) and one with a kit which was supposedly not available
($5). Both work well.
The right side bearings are in good shape, but the left ones have a little grumble.
These are ball bearings on a 1960 1500 2wd
Just starting trying to find them yesterday turns up some availability issues.
I think there may be outer bearings around.
Anyone been this route?
Any ideas welcomed.

I got all my seals & bearings from http://www.applied.com/ which is the old bearings inc.
That is ALL the seals & bearings for a complete drivetrain rebuild.
They will mike the parts if you can't read the numbers.

That's the ONE thing I didn't replace on my '60 1500 GMC.

I looked through the suppliers I've used and found the below parts. Some look like a swap from the ball to roller bearings. Not sure if it is just maybe a wrong photo or if they started doing that at some point. Anyway, I was hit/miss with parts that were 'supposed' to fit.

I replaced mine on my 4wd a bit ago and listed all the parts. I don't know how many will interchange but you can have a peek. I think I get started about here on page 30, then run through about 35.

Some people are like slinkys. Not worth much but funny as heck when pushed down stairs.
