Thumbs down Ididit Steering Columns

Has anyone used this column and what do you think of it. Would like to upgrade my 1962 GMC 1000 pickup. Alot of money vs a used one.

Thanks
Erwin

LMC assured me that the one for the Chevy would also fit my GMC. The junk yard one is also from an 1962 Chevy truck. I measured and took pics, looks idenical to me but am not 100% sure.

any will fit with enough work. I pulled a tilt column out of a 1973 Buick and installed it in my old 1962 GMC Suburban, only cost me time as the buick was a ranch car that had been put out to pasture.

The big thing you need to watch out for is the wiring, and if your not put off my having to do rewiring instead of just pluging it in, then a chevy column will work too.
