Default Motor Mount Question

Will any V6 "rubber block" original motor mount fit a 305? One's from other size v6's?

I don't know what fits, but there's the option of having them renewed at http://www.steelerubber.com/, or there's a thread here about still made ones for other vehicles.

Some people are like slinkys. Not worth much but funny as heck when pushed down stairs.

Thank you guys for the links and info. I am still curious to know if the original motor mounts fit all V6 GMC motors. 4X4, 2X4 and perch style.

I purchased some Pedestals and used mounts for a V6 with an automatic. It had this style mount and the pedestals had three holes so I'm guessing that both styles of mounts could be used.
I don't have an automatic so maybe someone who does can verify the style. I think this came off a 1967 or 68.

I'm getting confused. Does pedestals mean perches? If we are talking the side motor mounts, what does automatic have to do with it. Am I slow?

Anyway, I wonder if the same original rubber block with metal plates, side motor mounts, that you can get revulcanized, and you can get all kinds of tricky look alikes, were the same piece/part number on all the 60-66-74 GMC V6's? 305 351 401 478. swhew! That's some mean typing (both hands).
