Default Parking brake question

My 64 does not have a parking brake cable nor the crossmember pivot part. I am woundering what if anything can be done to inexpensively get some sort of parking brake? Thanks in advance

I don't know if they're different, but I can take some pics of mine and post 'em for ya. You might be able to fashion a bracket for it and just run a cable like this one
