Default which brakes and other parts?

Ok guys so I need your help figuring something out. On my 66 GMC, I want to convert it to disc brakes up front, and possibly the rear as well. I want to keep the 6 lug bolt pattern, but I want the smaller center hubs so I can run '03 Silverado SS wheels on it. The other catch is that I want to use a Dana 44 rear axle, either the one I have now or from a donor truck, with 3.07 gears. What are my options?

Option 1. Search the internet night and day until you find lots of info.
Option 2. Buy kits for front and back, they are complete. $600-$800. Find out what hub diameters are.
Option 3. Find donor parts that fit. (73-87 front suspension swap). Find out what the hub diameters are.
