I just picked bought a 65 Suburban, I'll be bringing it home this weekend. I just wanted to introduce myself and share a photo.

Looks like it began life like mine did -- as a one ton panel truck.

Chris -- you have the grille letters of a '66. Maybe yours was produced early in the model year (which began in September in those days) and was first registered in late 1965.

My wife's numb to it by now.. she's had her doubts about my "projects" before but I surprise her everytime.

This one came home in 3 piles.
