Default Vin decoder question

My vin tag has an “N” for the location of manufacture. So was it built in Norwood California or Norwood Ohio? It’s a 63 Chevy 4x4 suburban if that matters. You don’t here much about that plant location. Was it a smaller plant than Oakland or Fremont? I know many Chevy Muscle cars were made at the Norwood Ohio plant but didn’t think they made trucks at that plant.

Norwood Ohio, near Cincinnati. Primarily built F bodies (Camaro/Firebird) 1967 on. Closed in 1987, one of the former employees wrote a good book about the plant a few years ago.

I don't know what "VIN decoder" you are using. But our VIN NUMBER section in the Jolly pages only has Norwood, CA. Probably should use our page. Use the list where it explains the vin, not the auto decoder. Also give us the VIN so we can be sure. Click on Jolly at top of this page, then click Vin Numbers. Scroll down.
