Ready to reassemble heads. What the torque spec on the rocker arm cross bar bolts?

Just did a 351E - rocker bolts must have a flat washer and be torqued to 25 foot pounds = good Luck

Found the proper torque sequence......after I torqued mine down luckily I guessed right on the most on the center 8 and close enough on the outer 6
