I would run 2 Demon 500cfm carbs like Thunder V12 does, you may also want to contact them on how they do their build up on these engines

Never liked demon carbs much anyway. I've had great luck with quickfuel and holley

I musta gotten the last 625 cfm road demon for my 292 as shortly after I am seeing they are gone. Plenty of demon carbs available though from Summit Racing. Best luck I have had has been with edelbrock thus far.
