Default Need a cam for the "Machine Shop Orphan"

Crank is like new, pistons ARE new, block will clean up but I don't trust the cam. It's got 40 years worth of "patina" that I don't think will hold up under pressure.

Anybody got one for a 351? Is there a better grind than stock?
