GM V6 Toro-Flow
Hello:
I have a power boat with 2 v6 Toro-flow's DH478 and I need a starter motor, not sure where to look for parts for this engines, had a couple of mechanics look at them and they have no clue. Anyone knows where to get parts ?

I have two links that may help: First one is an EBay list for a 478, so maybe that guy has a possible source and/or spare parts. http://www.ebay.com/itm/GMC-Toro-Flo..._qi=RTM2247626 Second link is also EBay and lists a starter for a 423 V6. It's just a shot in the dark as I'm not familiar with those engines so don't really know if it would work. Hopefully you'll get another response. Hi USMC3533, welcome to the club and thanks for your service!
I know for sure you can get the starter re-wound at a starter shop. If you go to the archives and search "starter" you can see a bunch of links. Or google oceanside ca...oh heck, I just did that.
