Default Need gas gauge!

Looking for a gas gauge, new or used, for my 63 stepside. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I believe 1964-1966 will not work

Hey Bob, are you sure its bad? Alot of times theres a bad ground that makes them seem bad but they're really ok. Or there's a problem with the sending unit in the tank. Gas gauges last a long stinkin time.

Some people are like slinkys. Not worth much but funny as heck when pushed down stairs.

This was the problem with my gauge not working.
This float doesn't float... I got a new sending unit for my 62 and it works great now.

LOL, Unfortunately it is the gas gauge, I had a car electrician double check. I do have a new sending unit and it's grounded properly. I'm finding out that a 1960 to a 1963 gas gauge should work????

Any year guage will work. the early and late one have different lettering. Post a picture and i will match what you have. I used to have some nos stuff and the oldtimer I got them from said when the new look came out you could not get the old style any longer. I am heading up to work on some powerlocks at the shop and i will grab some clusters. Barry
