Fairly easy. Albeit time consuming. Take the unit out. See your Manual for removal of vent assy. A carpeted table and a how-to like this will help. The hardest part, on your nice truck, is not scratching the paint when removing and installing the unit. You will have to angle the vent assy to withdraw. Plenty of help here and the web. It's done all the time. I've only done 55-59 but it seems near the same. De-rivet, rivet, etc. you can bust out the glass over a garbage can if you want to. Plenty of soap and the proper glass tape. The glass will have to be gently pounded into place. Trim tape with sharp blade all around.

Thanks for the link to the how-to. I am still not sure if I can handle this, but I am considering it. Thanks again.

You can handle it. Just read everything you can including maintenance manual and get well educated. When you get confident, then just do it with a written plan. Everyone who has done it, had a first time. The kit will include most all you need. If you don't feel confident, you can pay a shop who has probably never done it either.

I ordered and received a replacement vent glass and a roll of glass setting tape for the truck. Took the window crank, inside door handle and door panel off. Then removed the vent window assembly and took the handle off of it. The broken glass and the gasket holding it came out pretty easy. I did not replace the main rubber around the assembly since it was replaced a couple of years ago and was still in ok shape. I cleaned out the glass frame, lubed up the glass tape with dish washing liquid, trimmed it on the bottom corner, taped it to the vent glass and hammered the glass in with a rubber mallet. Trimmed off the excess tape and reinstalled the whole thing. It was not as bad as I expected. Thank you to AZKen for the advice and support!
