Default Add-on Radio upgrade

While I had the OEM radio upgraded by R & B I never got around to adding 'rear' channel set of speakers and was only using the 4x10 dual cone center dash speaker since the install. While it was good, at highway speed you have to crank it up to hear it.

I decided to order a King Floor Console from www.cupholdersplus.com They provide you with many color swatches for you to match your interior as you request and have many different styles to choose from.

I chose the King Floor model. So I could cut in 2 more speakers. The box comes pre-cut for 6.5" and all you need to do is cut through the vinyl. I'm making up quick disconnects speaker leads so I can remove the box if necessary. I also have more storage space as well. Your glove box can only hold so much...... The box fits very well on the trans hump and the 'flaps' are metal and can be bent if needed to make a different hold.

$165 for the console with free shipping. I ordered a pair of 6.5" Rockford Fosgate with my hearing frequency range to get the best sound.

Sorry for the late reply, I sent the radionodd to be upgraded to it would now be fm and iPOD input. The cleans and remove most of the older guts and put in a fm chip board, repaint the glass face and polish the chrome
The radio is now a 4 channel 120 watts (40 watts per channel). $325.00
