Ideas for mufflers
I'd like a more quite sound for my truck and I'm considering duals but honestly since I'm not any sort of hotrodders I doubt it justifies, I originally had the shop put on a 2" exhaust in the picture, I was wondering what you single exhaust guys are running and if you have pics? M1 pic is what I have now, It hangs too low and can be seem under the truck and M2 is what some one suggested from their GMC.

Re: Ideas for mufflers
Installed 2 1/2 inch duals with cherry bombs for mufflers, great old school sound and motor runs better with dual exhaust. I do not hotrod either, but pipes sound great.

Re: Ideas for mufflers
Use a off set style OEM Quiet muffler. Any OEM that suits your tube size, available space and budget. Example: https://www.amazon.com/Walker-21690-...158134&sr=8-19
You don't need duals and you didn't show us your muffler. I think exit behind the driver tire is more original. Last edited by AZKen; May 4th, 2021 at 10:07 PM. |
