In light of all the questionable behavior of our public officials I think you may get a kick out of this. This happened near me west of town in an area known for its speed traps.[citizen pulls over officer and gives him a warning[/YOUTUBE] Sorry i dont know how to link it.

To bad the guy making the video is totally in the wrong. It is funny though to see the officer squirm a bit.

You can't use unmarked publicly owned vehicles for patrol work in Washington. Cases are tossed all the time if you or your lawyer know that. Police still push it though.

Another thing that I know is that in Washington or Oregon they cannot clock you on radar unless they are in uniform. I have seen several "officers" not in uniform using radar units... which is in violation and the ticket wouldn't hold up.
Cars like this... they tell you not to stop for an unmarked car unless it is a real officer. Huh? I *love* this guy... and telling the officer a law he doesn't know... Oh crap... I interviewed in this county last week for a job... at the county seat in the county fire marshals office. Wow....
