Atomman, I use the Holley 500 0-4412s like most use on the v6. I use with
the 1937M Mr Gasket adapters. The pair have been working great for about
15,000 miles. I have the stock carbs on the L7000, that have also worked good. If I can Help let me know.

Thanks for the pix. I will use those carbs. What have you done for motor mounts. Since Bob Walker, Thunder 12, is no longer selling to the public, the only trans adapt I can find is made from aluminum and it has no bosses for motor amounts to bolt to.

Bob Bendtsen's adapter company was sold to Speed Gems now,1-763-767-4480. Bob made my adapter. Speed Gems has great machine shop with a good group of men. My first pic is looking a the alum adapter by oil filter. I have a 4" beam under the adapter to inside c frame. The next pic I would use a urethane mount on the next engine. I did double frame the frame for support. The other V12 guys would have better ideas I think. I also had to make a cover for the transmission. The beam just fits. I did use a urethane transmission mount in front. This is just my 2 cents.

As I see the pix, the trans adapt is setting on the beam. How did you attach the beam to the aluminum adaptor?

OK, I see where you put two bolts into the bottom of the adaptor.
Thanks for the pix.

I would ask speed gems to drill and tap say 3/8 bolt holes on bottom and sides
of adapter plate. Maybe machine a L bracket mount on sides of adapter as part of it. I talked to them a couple of years ago about that. They said they could
machine anything. They are only about ten miles from me.

Saw an article by Street Muscle Magazine from 2015 with some video clips of a GMC pickup with the 702 V-12 (link is below) and I assume that is yours? It looks incredible and I would love to see (and hear) it sometime. I live on the west side of Madison so if you're still in Sun Prairie it would be great to meet up sometime before the weather turns. Cheers!
