I recently relocated to Alabama from Kentucky. I need to find someone to buy liability insurance from for my 1963 GMC 5000. I need insurance so I can get the truck tag and license. Having problems finding insurance. Appreciate any ideas from the group.

Thanks for the idea. I was able to finally get coverage later today through Progressive Commercial. So, my problem has come to a good conclusion. |

Welcome to the Heart of Dixie, Wagon Master - glad you found a provider. I use Progressive Commercial and and am cross-checking the possible value of using Haggerty on two of my trucks I drive a lot vs adding them to the Commercial policy....will post my findings.

Wagon, I just noticed you are in Guntersville - that was going to be my next question - you are only like 15 minutes away from me. I am driving my 64 GMC 2500 series through Guntersville to Gadsden tonight to a huge "First Fridays" cruise in they have over there downtown....we will have to catch up soon and maybe ride together to one of these events
