Hi GMCNUT,
The first photo is my original 'broken ears' 1963 switch. The subsequent photos is the NOS switch. The NOS switch does come with the bearing. Hopefully a non-reproduction switch will work for you. Ron Tunison Hartsville, PA 1963 GMC 1500 Fenderside 4x4
