Where did you get that part number 213-4003????????? It is not the part number that comes up for 1964 GMC 1500 305 on NAPA website.

Napa does not list the correct alternator for this truck. They are listing the 10SI alternator, should be the 10DN Alternator. The correct alternator is: https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/RAY2134003 if your keeping it original.
