Yes sir. Chevy hood and grill. Supposedly at one point it was used to haul prisoners in the county. Then kinda converted to a wrecker.
My main question was about the 10 lug rear and 8 lug front. I guess someone just used the parts they had available.

V= Vacuum hydraulic brake
The truck should be 5 lug front and 10 lug rear. They could have used a hub form a 2500 8 lug. Going by the production number 2440 it would be a 61. https://6066gmcguy.com/gmc3000.html
