Hi all I have a GMC D478 in my boat in Australia just wondering if anyone would know if anywhere does parts for them? Would love to get a hold of a rebuild kit or pistons and rings.
Thanks |

I have a marine 478 that's left hand rotation, very low hours. |

Unfortunately, there isn't much available for Toroflow diesels any more. Some new parts, like bearings, valves, oil and water pumps occasionally show up on Ebay. Gaskets are very hard to come by, particularly the gaskets that differ from the gasoline V-6's. Best souce of Toroflow parts these days seems to be 'take out' used marine engines.
