V6 Head Info

Two questions for everyone (I did a search and didn't find anything):

First, are the heads on our V6's interchangeable? Will, say, a 351 Magnum head fit onto a 305?

Second, does anyone have the flow rates of the different heads for each engine?

Working on a big project so please let me know whatever related info you may have.
