Does any one have experience changing out the front panel of a 65 GMC hood. I have a 65 chevy hood in 95% condition and a 65 GMC hood in 50% condition. neither have any rust but the gmc hood has a few dents and looks like it was blown onto the cab at some point in its life. I want to put the GMC panel on the Chevy hood. As I understand it, both hoods are the same except for the front panel. I found a thread that addresses this, but I need more detail and maybe some better pictures. I purchased a 65 gmc short bed fleet side last year, but it has chevy parts on it (grill, hood, tail gate) Any advice would be much appreciated
