Have read all posts about starters. Like to know any updates on which starter is best fit with automatic. I may get a chevy BB starter change the nose cone.
Any suggestions would help. Don |

Not just any bigblock V8 starter, you want one from a larger medium duty series truck with the tall deck 366 or 427, these will bolt right in without changing the nose cone.

isn't the nose cone different on engines w/ automatics from the ones w/manual transmissions?
